Had a wonderful time last night at DBGB 5th Anniversary. What amazed me the most was the “Vegan Booth” that was created for the guests. Delicious guacamole, vegan canapes, crudites, fennel salad, watermelon tomato salad, beets salad, babaganoush and everything was raw, perfect for a warm Summer day! It was pretty surprising since DBGB is a Bistro Lyonnaise (and Daniel Boulud idem !)
The dessert was a 4 foot long baked Alaska that Daniel finished alla minute as you can see in the photo!
