Jim: Vegan, Bodybuilder and 78 years young!

I’ve seen other bodybuilders mention that they are vegan but this man, Jim Morris, puts the reason of why and how you can be a body builder and vegan so succinctly I just had to share – Here is an excerpt: “If you are curious about vegetarian and vegan diets, hopefully this article will inspire you to look into it further. Studies show that vegetarians and vegans live, on average, 6 to 10 years longer than meat-eaters and they’re less likely to suffer from chronic illnesses.
